I ordered an item 3 months ago and the item seemed lost. Tracking had it stuck in some shipping depot in the USA. I was told that I’d receive a refund, but I never did. Got polite messages from nine-life, but no refund and no useful info. Then, 3 months later, the item arrived (and I cancelled the refund). I appreciate getting the item and understand that shipping might have been affected by world events out of ninelife’s control— my location was under sustained rocket attack. That’s a very reasonable excuse for a shipping delay and obfuscation. I was frustrated by the lack of shipping info but I did eventually get what I ordered and ninelife was always polite.

I love the concept and the ingredients of the product. It looks wonderful. I just started using it few days ago so I can't yet tell on the affect. The main problem for me is the taste. It Is extremely not tasty for me.

Please do not use Israelpost in the future to deliver shipments to customers. They were not on time and did not deliver the shipment via courier but rather to a remote delivery point.
