Received exactly as ordered

I received exactly what I ordered. When I wrote to NineLife requesting a tracking number that I had inadvertently lost, the immediate Internet response was that my request would be answered within 3 hours. I received the tracking number after two days. The package sat in DHL in Frankfurt for almost two weeks. I feared I'd never get it, but in the end, it arrived, safe and sound.
