Pathetic support

I tried to find out about the delivery of a perishable product that seems to be delayed AFTER clearing customs. I called the hotline. The agent Nidhi was unhelpful. Merely said it had been handed to Israeli Post. I enquired as to how/if this was being kept refrigerated. Could not answer and refused to have a representative of the company contact me

Lots of products, quick shipping and arrived when expected!

This is the first time I have imported from this company. The food product was well packaged protecting it from moisture, was shipped quickly and arrived when promised!
