Have been with Nirvana Systems for many, many years and it is my main Trading Platform. Programmes are constantly updated and whenever there are any issues, they are handled promptly and professionally. I also like the fact that they are a small company and one does not feel as if they will be 'lost in the shuffle'.
Nirvana Systems has developed some very powerful and unique investing tools over the years. Early on, in addition to developing software, Ed and his team wanted to have more interaction with their customer base and they started the Nirvana Club. The Nirvana Club membership is made up of some very talented and accomplished individuals who have had a significant impact at Nirvana Systems, and in my life as well. The OmniFund2 platform that has recently been released appears to be incredibly powerful, and I am very optimistic about its potential. Important to note, I especially appreciate how approachable and responsive the whole Nirvana team is with my questions or requests.

(UPDATE as of 10-17-24) broker is finally connected to omnifunds. Everything is great. Just submitting 4 stars for the delay in services. But apart from that it’s a good service. I am a seasoned investor with a lot of experience doing my own investing and trading. I have a few other algos as well and one of the things that drew me to nirvana systems is how long they have been around. With having a good track record and no blown accounts with their algos I really wanted to add a stock algo to my portfolio. Unfortunately, they have been unable to connect my business LLC account to their trading algo. It’s been a couple of weeks and my capital is just sitting in the brokerage account not working. I do believe in the companies algo and their trading software is solid from what I’ve seen but the setup process has not been great. Currently they use garwood securities which is also linked to interactive brokers. For weeks the tech support team has been trying to connect my account with no success. I’m hoping they can figure it out by the end of the month. It shouldn’t take a month to connect an account. I might add I opened my brokerage account a month ago to avoid this issue.
“My story is probably a bit different than most of your other customers who use your products. I started with the OmniTrader platform to familiarize myself with the underlying workings of the technology to determine if the basic platform would allow me to do all of the functions I needed independent of any specific trading rules. Early on I performed some non-complex trading to specifically exercise the platform for functionality, ease of use and dependability. I also spent time on the forum pages to ensure that Nirvana was committed to continued development of the platform and to see what other users were experiencing with the product. I was sold on OmniTrader. I had performed this exercise on a number of other trading platforms and came away disappointed. Once I determined that OmniTrader was the platform that I could work with, I researched a number of the plugin software modules to see if any of the products inspired a trading approach I could be comfortable with. I bought several modules and again tested them for functionality and ease of use. What this exercise led to was a lot of in depth research and testing on the underlying philosophy of each of the specific trading methodologies. Over time, using my understanding of the methodologies of these modules, I developed a set of trading rules that I became comfortable with. The GANN trading module served as the basis of my trading approach that I use today. I've made some additions in the area of scans that have personalized it more for me and now have a trading platform and trading approach I am comfortable and pleased with. The other area of the business I would mention and it is just as important as the software is customer support. As a past executive manager in the software industry, I am well aware of the importance of customer support. You learn very quickly that even though you may have industry leading software products, the lack of excellent customer support will negate any good will in almost every case. I will commend Nirvana's customer services and specifically note Nathan Dunham who has always done an excellent job and represents your firm well.”
I contacted Nathan to resolve online trading with Interactive Brokers. Problem solved in one minute. Nathan is an expert on any problem. Very, very friendly and so knowledgeable. He even helps with my subscriptions. Hope he never leaves Nirvana.
