Omin Funds Nirvana Systems have a unique product and I can see the potential for big benefits.I want to call out their customer success motion. For starters, it is indeed a true "Customer Success Motion". When put to use, the motion is about ensuring clients realize value out of what one purchases.In today's world, complexity has gone up manyfold. Without a fully thought out success plan, it is not common for clients to lag behind, not realize value for what they paid and consequently, not renew or expand.I was pleasantly surprised by the sales and customer success motion doing all they can, to help me succeed.

Did not make any money

I did not experence the results they put on their site. I have been in the "Safe Harbor" and "low draw down" I have lost 10% plus their fee in 12 months. On the bright side I got a call and they explained why my results were different than what was on their site. Additionally they honored their one year guarantee and gave me a full refund of my fee. Maybe my timing was just off.

I decided to give Nirvana Systems a shot with their OmniFunds automated investing program, so I deposited huge amount to get started with one of their higher-tier packages. Everything seemed fine during the initial transfer, funds cleared quickly, but when I logged back in, the dashboard kept showing "Account Setup Not Completed" with no progress bar, no clear next steps, and no access to any trading tools, strategies, or even basic portfolio view.I immediately messaged customer support with screenshots, proof of deposit, and detailed questions about what was missing or delayed. Their responses were painfully sluggish, days between replies at best and completely useless "Our team is working on it." No real explanation. Weeks dragged on with my money sitting idle, earning nothing while markets moved without me.The frustration built to the point where I was ready to cut my losses and fight for a refund. Then, someone in a trading community introduced me to an external specialist who actually knew how these systems work behind the scenes. He guided me through exactly what documentation to resend, what phrasing to use in follow up emails, and even suggested specific contacts to reference. With his help and instructions, the account was finally unlocked, setup completed, and I was able to access everything, including withdrawing my full deposit before any further damage was done.Nirvana Systems talks a big game about seamless automation and world-class support, but the reality is a black hole for new users with real money on the line. If account setup fails this badly on a large deposit and their own team can't fix it, it's a massive red flag. Never again, avoid unless you enjoy gambling with your funds while waiting for miracles. If you need help, ask.

Scam!!

In response to Nirvanasystems narrative construction whereas they make it out that negative reviews aren't real customers or competitors. I had to be verified with Trustpilot in order for this review to be posted, I also asked Nirvanasystems for a full refund and haven't heard back from them. Beware the fake reviews.I don't know who writes the 5 star reviews? I'm taking a big risk by waiting a year in order to get my 10k back. In a year I may have nothing left, I may be ahead just walking away.
