Nirvana system is a wonderful company with great customer service. They take care of their customers promptly and efficiently. A special thanks to Nathan who is part of the Nirvana team. Excellent customer service and they really went out of their way to accommodate me. I recommend this company which has great management and who seriously wants to invest money.
Nirvana promotes an Omnifunds 2 fund that is supposedly AI driven and SUPPOSEDLY has been getting 66% gains since 2005. The images that they show promote huge gains that DO NOT EXIST. What they will not show you until you sign up is that all the gains that they show are all HYPOTHETICAL. Its a joke. In the introductory meeting - they reveal their "newest funds" as they constantly are unveiling new funds. The reason is that they can reveal hypothetical gains all they want with new funds because they have little to no track record. Once thier fund begins to have trouble- they invent a new fund. Its like telling someone you would have won a championship round of chess (if you had known all the moves in the game prior to playing). They use past data to then program a fund to act like it would if all things repeated (which all seasoned investors know is impossible to replicate). Trust me: if they could make these gains - every institutional investor would be investing. When you get in the introductory meeting - they show you all the chat rooms for people in the program. Makes you feel comfortable that all these other people do it until you see that all chat responses in the room are restricted to only saying hello and that you are new to the group. No diologue after that. Wonder why? Save the pain. The "refund policy" is impossible to ever activate. We all want these gains but it is never going to happen. Also the funds are not actively traded by some AI bot. They trade 1x per day and no matter what happens in the market - your account is not actively managed through the trading day until the following day.
I opened an account with Nirvana and the Omnifunds automated trading program in March 2025. For 2 months my account was not setup correctly, so my account did not trade. No one at Nirvana or Omnifunds told me why the account wasn't trading although I spoke to Scott Moore multiple times. I incorrectly concluded the algo was purposedly keeping my position in cash only. After 2 months, I finally was able to determine that my account wasn't linked properly. After my account was linked properly, I watched 5 months of dismal performance. The return on investment was less than 2%, a far cry from what Nirvana and Omnifunds suggested the returns would be. I've taken half of my investment out and put it back into mutual funds that performed around 8% for the same period. I hope Omnifunds performs better.
I’ve completed my onboarding and have started funding my account — the process was seamless, and I genuinely appreciate how easy the Omnifunds team made it.My account is now trading in top-notch stocks and moving in and out of the positions, catching the upward momentum.
Nirvana Systems customer support team was fantastic. Anytime I had an issue I was able to quickly get in touch with their people to have them resolved. They were very thorough and helpful during on-boarding.
I've been with Nirvana Systems for close to 30 years. I have found them to be honest, with high integrity, openness, and excellent customer service. They provide trading software that contains all the tools you need to engage the markets, no matter your trading style. I can tell you from personal experience that the CEO, Ed Downs, takes his customers trading/investing success very personally. Trading and investing are like a three-legged stool: technical analysis, risk management, and trading psychology. OmniTrader and Visual Trader take care of the technical analysis and risk management based on the parameters you set. You are responsible for the trading psychology… but the company is now focusing on automated trading, mainly through their OmniFunds. They are continually upgrading and improving their funds, with very impressive results, now with the addition of AI. This automated trading takes care of all three legs of the stool. I can unequivocally tell you that I would be totally lost without Nirvana Systems and their trading systems, indicators and scanning and charting software.
After investing in January of 2025, I had 5 separate accounts, using different strategies from their Omnifunds2 portfolio. Within 30 days, all had lost between 9-11%, fairly concerning to me, given the high cost to start and the recurring monthly fee. The set-up and starting process was fine, with some challenges due to the recommended broker, IB, which is difficult if one is setting up anything other than a generic account. But these were resolved in a few weeks - having had prior experience with IB, I was aware of this going in, and understood it would take a bit of time. The various Omnifund2 strategies went into cash in the Jan/Feb timeframe. I communicated my concerns to Nirvana customer service, who answered this first message that things were working normally, and that such drawdowns were normal and expected. I did review their other strategies and moved some accounts to some other ‘newer’ ones that seemed to indicate they could trade in choppier / declining markets, but none of them traded positively, nor did the accounts recover in any manner from their negative positions. After another 5 months of this, without Nirvana really addressing this in any of their communications. Other than the one email response initially, my emails sent to customer support simply went unanswered, and their portal / regular communications were lacking any substance on why/when/how they expected to change this. I moved funds out in August and have since recovered my 10% losses by simply moving to funds and stocks in the market. I cannot recommend this company due to poor returns, their lack of communication, and the high cost of entry and recurring monthly fees. Their website / online portal shows returns for time periods I was in that do not match my real returns. It appears they rely on simulated backtesting for returns rather than using live account info. As for whether this company can correct their bad performance in the futuyre, I suspect they will do better when the market is in a positive slope. This being said, if they cannot handle choppy or declining markets, they are of no use in these trying times - the whole point of bots/AI enabled systems is to help reduce the negative drawdowns and use a wide variety of tools that beat a buy and hope strategy. Sadly, they failed completely at this for me and my accounts.I also found that my previous review, submitted in TrustPilot mysteriously disappeared - unsure why, but this is a second reposting of my difficulties.
I've been a Nirvana Systems customer since 2003 and the quality of their products and support from the staff members and management team have been truly outstanding. Over these past 22 years, I've received incredible customer service from Ed Downs, Jeff Drake, Angela Duran, Scott Moore and Nathan. They truly care about their customers and go well out of their way to help in any way they can. The level of service they provide is very difficult to find in any company these days. Their software has been cutting edge for many years now. I've been involved with about 70% of their products, including plug-ins, the Nirvana Club and Omnifunds/Omnivest and their dedication to build and improve them is truly impressive. The software provides anyone the ability to have a professional, disciplined trading strategy that will outperform the broad market indexes. It's been amazing to see how they have progressed to fully automated trading and investment platforms over the years in fulfilling Ed's vision of 100% automated trading and the best is yet to come with many recent developments. Nirvana is a rare find these days and I look forward to what the future developments will be on the path to AI-based algorithmic day and swing trading. They have my highest recommendation. A+
My account was funded this past spring close to the market bottom and immediately began losing money and continued to be in the red for the next month or so while the market was rising. I then suspended trading in my Nirvana account and requested my joining fee be returned and the account closed. This was refused. Very disappointed. Perhaps you'll have a different experience.
I have been a Nirvana customer since 2006 and it is an outstanding company to work with. VERY helpful folks, with a staff who has been there for 20 years. On top of that their trading solutions are innovative and top notch. HIGHLY recommend the company and their system.
