Review Time
I alraeady had problems with in my first order but tried it a second time as the product eventually was good. Same story again: Delivery time is by far not matching the indicated times. I´m waiting again for more than three weeks while it should have been 2 weeks and then no one is communicating with you and they are unable to provide you a link to track your order... communication with this company is absoloutly horrible. you can not call, you can not chat and via mail they answer after 48 hours not really solving the problem.

Do not buy from this online store!!! They alleged they delivered a shower set to my doorman but the signature was not his, nor was it his NIE number. I have asked them to investigate the matter and refund my money. They refuse. It is appalling. Over 400€.
The delivery was catastrophic. I hade to write like 30 times before they understood that I did not received a lot of the ordered items and to get the right products sent to me. Really bad.And I have ordered many times before from the company…
