Similar experience as many others.

I had a similar situation as others. I placed an order and received a tracking number. The item stopped functioning, and the website became unresponsive. I was able to track the package through the postal service, but it eventually showed as delivered, even though I never received it. Fortunately, I was able to recover my money through my bank.

Very Disappointed

Two Items, No Updates
