Review Time
Having being unable to access the app after paying £15.99 I contacted them by email to cancel my subscription realising I would not receive a refund. However I’m angry to find a further payment of £31.98 has been taken from my account today. I seem to be unable to get any information from them about how to cancel any further payments for an app I am unable to access. I will inform my bank to decline any attempts to take payments.
This is such a rip off- I signed up for trial $9.99- was charged $39.95- immediately cancelled- was not refunded any money- this was September 2025- was charged $39.95 on October 14 - immediately contacted them- after several emails uI was asked to provide proof that I had cancelled in September. I sent them the emails, however they refused to refund my $39.95- I am out of options- really makes me sick . I never even opened app.
I would give zero stars if this was possible. I purchased a 3 month trial plan from this company. I put in my paypal details to pay. Instead of processing my payment immediately, they offered me all sorts of other products, which I declined all of them. After offering me multiple other deals, which I declined, they eventually processed my payment. When it was processed, it contained 2 items, not just one as I had ordered. I was charged and extra $150 AUD for a life time plan. I did not order this plan, I declined it. I notified No Diet immediately and Paypal immediately before even looking at the plan. No Diet continually responds telling me they don't give refunds. They have not explained why they have charged me for something I did not order. Paypal closed my case without asking me any further questions, just telling me it was a valid transaction. This was not a valid transaction when I did not approve it. It would be totally illogical to purchase a lifetime plan before trialling it when I had just purchased a trial plan. Even though I notified them immediately of this money being taken from my account, notified them before even looking at what I had purchased, they refused to refund my money. Stay right away from this company. They are dishonest.company.
THIS IS A SCAM!!! MAJORLY DECEITFUL!!!I originally purchased the mediterranean diet 6 months ago & then realised a week or 2 later that i wasnt going to use it so cancelled the subscription expecting that anything attached to that would also be cancelled but NO.... these conniving greedy & very deceitful SCAMMERS charged me over $ 300 for the subscription that i thought was cancelled & they won't refund me. Don't purchase from these crooks.
