DO NOT DO, you sign up for one month only option and they continue to take your money after it has ended. You get told you should have cancelled the subscription, at least 48hrs before the end date, which was never advised during initial setup and then they refuse to refund. So SCAM to get your money without you realising. DO NOT TOUCH.Update 27Aug25 following their response below on this day and email received same day: I did contact them several times in fact and provided proof of one month only subscription and still refused to refund additional charge they took. DO NOT TOUCH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, UNLESS HAPPY TO BE RIPPED OFF, TOTAL SCAM.
I thought this sounded like a good plan and the more I looked into it, it looked like a scam. I had a 7 day trial period but, I called to cancel and I thought it was over but they charged my account with 39.98, and 139.00 for the entire year. Now I have been seeing more monthly withdrawals from my account. I called again and they said without proof I couldn't get my money back. How do you prove a phone call? This is a scandalous site. I would not trust them. They have taken a lot of money from me and have no desire to fix it!
Please can you cancel my subscription. I have paid initial £15.99 on 13th June plus another 3 monthly payments of £31.98 so £111.93 in all!I have received no communications from no.diet and nothing for my money.I didn't even realise I had taken out a subscription when I had no confirmation from you until I checked my bank account.I have emailed you but no reply!I cannot give you an account number or order number as you have never sent me anything.Please please stop taking money from my account. Do not use this company!If you have paid for a trial, check that further monthly fees have not been charged.If they have, use your credit card company to stop future Transactions (Barclaycard have been brilliant).Their involvement will enable Visa - and possibly other agents - to levy fines on noDiet.I paid for a trial in June, tried to cancel after receiving the first disappointing emails - and failed.2 months were changed in July and Barclaycard have cancelleria all my dealings wirh noDiet today.Finally, remember that if something looks too good to be true,it possibly is!
Emma for good gut health. I took a bottle of these with no significant change. When I looked at the ingredients, I was surprised because many of the ingredients were vitamins that I was already taking daily in my multivitamin. My gut problem stayed the same, with my pocketbook becoming leaner!
DO NOT get their app! They take unauthorised monthly payments of around THIRTY POUNDS! it is daylight robbery. I wanted the one week trial but got sucked in without realising. I still do not understand how they got my bank details. People need to be much more savvy about these apps and how they operate.
