This company is a con, they take your money without doing anything I virtually cancelled my free trial before it began and they have still taken payment with no courtesy reminder .They will not refund even though I have nothing on my phone to do with themDo not sign up for free trial , horrible company Nodiet

Over billing. DO NOT sign up for this, you will be overcharge. Agent advise the pricing is in the small print. That is not good customer serviceMy wife signed up for this program thinking it was $24.22 a month.She was charged$24.22 July 20 the day my wife signed up$56.98 Aug 21$138.99 Aug 23$138.99 Sept 21Sent message and cancelled the subscription on Sept 22 and was advised by the same agent that we would no longer be charged. However they still owe $56.98 which was also billed after cancellation.I am sure I will not see the $56.98. I have read many many review regarding this company. I would say 95% ( rough figure ) the complaints are about being overcharged. The only good thing that came of this is my wife will NEVER join anything on line again. My hopes is that people who are considering joining read all of the reviews and make a wise choice. Good luck to all

Please beware of hidden subscription…

Please beware of hidden subscription charges, I cancelled my subscription with them in June and they charged me yesterday for a different subscription (according to them) which was unknown to me. I had initially taken the free trial and cancelled because it didn’t help. I had also requested to delete my account with them in June and cancelled subscription and they still charged me. Don’t trust the app. The customer service is also poor, I requested for a refund when they initially charged me in June but they said there will be no further charges and didn’t refund and this time they charged me again and said the same thing.

Don’t need the bombarding of additional cost at the end. Really not appreciated and not necessary. However, the site replied to me with satisfactory alternative and the after purchase service was above my expectations. I will try the service with more confidence than I had at the beginning. The meal plans don't give enough…

The meal plans don't give enough information. I.e beverages, snacks, etc. Doesn't mention what is allowed outside daily plans. For example olives, salad dressings. Thankfully I have a great coach who really helped me.
