I ordered an item it has been 8 days with no response on delivery been emailing them with no update and not helping on ig.. i have asked multiple times for updates or tracking! This must be some sort of scam .. i have never delt with any company like this trying to get order canceled

The lingerie looks beautiful online. I paid them £147 on the 5 September and have received nothing. I have written to them 3 times giving my order details and asking what is happening with the order. There has been no communication at all. So, over 6 weeks later I have no idea if I will ever see the items I have purchased, or get a refund. Beware of this company.
There was a delay in confirming my order initially, DHL problem in Netherlands. The team at Nobelese were a little slow in communicating initially, but they did follow up consistently. Delivery was changed to UPS who consequently reported the item lost. A replacement was shipped and arrived quickly and efficiently, thank you to the team at Nobelese for their excellent customer service, item arrived earlier than scheduled, the day before my partners birthday.
