Thus us a scam company based in China. it shows an older woman handknitting sweaters. they are not handknit they are cheap machine made. they dont gave fabric content labels because they are cheap synthetic sweaters. they use different names to market.
I wish I could choose zero stars. I had a way to contact them regarding the hand-knit sweater I ordered, but what I received wasn’t even a sweater. It was a cheap, printed sweatshirt. The fabric felt terrible, and the neckline looked like it was made by a beginner. There were gathers on the left side and pleats near the right shoulder in the front. I reached out for tracking information and eventually received it, only to find out it came from overseas. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and inquired about a return, I was offered a small credit to keep it. I insisted it wasn’t worth even a fraction of that amount, and after some back and forth, they suggested a slight discount instead. I decided to pursue a credit reversal through my bank.

However, the product is actually manufactured in another country, and they do not provide return labels or cover shipping costs back, which can exceed $70 to $100. The sweaters I purchased were not long-sleeved as shown in the images, and returning them would cost significantly more than the sweaters themselves, which were of poor quality.
