Extremely Disappointed with My Purchase

I wish I could choose zero stars. I had a way to contact them regarding the hand-knit sweater I ordered, but what I received wasn’t even a sweater. It was a cheap, printed sweatshirt. The fabric felt terrible, and the neckline looked like it was made by a beginner. There were gathers on the left side and pleats near the right shoulder in the front. I reached out for tracking information and eventually received it, only to find out it came from overseas. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and inquired about a return, I was offered a small credit to keep it. I insisted it wasn’t worth even a fraction of that amount, and after some back and forth, they suggested a slight discount instead. I decided to pursue a credit reversal through my bank.

Misleading claims about guarantees and product origin

This service seems to engage in misleading advertising. They promote a 30-day money-back guarantee and suggest that the product is made in the USA. However, the product is actually manufactured in another country, and they do not provide return labels or cover shipping costs back, which can exceed $70 to $100. The sweaters I purchased were not long-sleeved as shown in the images, and returning them would cost significantly more than the sweaters themselves, which were of poor quality.

Misleading advertising & poor quality products

Misleading advertising & low-quality items. This service is a complete scam. The supposedly hand-knitted sweater is made of terrible fabric and looks absolutely unappealing. The phone number provided is out of service, and their email contact seems to be fake. I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing this worthless merchandise. DO NOT be deceived by their advertisement; it is entirely false. I am unable to return these dreadful products.

Totally deceptive platform.

This platform is entirely misleading. They advertised a hand-knitted sweater but delivered a poorly made item instead. The threads are not colored; the back is completely white, and it remains white even when stretched. When I requested a return label, I was informed that returning it would cost 60% of the sweater's price to ship back overseas.

Utterly fraudulent site

Utterly fraudulent site. Promised a hand-knitted sweater but received a poorly made item. The threads are not colored; you can see it's just white on the reverse side, even when stretched. When I requested a return label, they informed me it would cost 60% of the sweater's price to send it back.

Avoid these scams!

Why do people not look for reviews about these scam companies before purchasing? Be cautious of tales about someone retiring and selling merchandise at deep discounts; it's a common scam. Many similar sites use stock photos of supposed retirees, and the products shown are often taken from other sites, so what you receive will likely not match the advertised quality. Buyer beware... always check reviews before buying.

Appears to be clickbait

There is no information about fabric type or country of origin. The sweater looks machine-made rather than hand-knitted as claimed.

COMPLETELY MISLEADING

The advertising is profoundly misleading. These sweaters are sourced from overseas. They are not hand-knit. The quality is subpar, and returning the order will cost you nearly 50% of what you paid.
