HORRIBLE!!!! Do not buy anything from them! Clothes smell, they feel like a cheap shit!
I have been waiting over a month for my order to be delivered, now I have wasted another 5 weeks on fighting to get my money back!
Everytime different person comes back to me, there is no phone number, they do not accept that i want to return an unused goods! They offer 10%,20%,30%,40% pay of the original order. Nobody treats me seriously, ITS A SCAM!!!!
I Am taking it further no matter the cost!
Ordered 4 items from Noir Ldn. 2 never arrived the other 2 took a month to get here. When they eventually arrived the quality was terrible. Turns out that, if you want to return an item, you have to ship it to China at your own expense!! As yet, two months on I've got no refund for the items that were either returned or didn't arrive. They have no uk presence despite presenting themselves as a uk business. Do yourself a favour and avoid this sham company.
Awful, clearly scam, avoid at all cost. Honestly frustrated at myself for trying to support a different business other than the mainstream regulars, how wrong I was.. I ordered a coat on the 21st of January, emailed the company as I hadn’t heard anything and saying their “experience technical difficulties”, after reading the reviews I knew straight away it either wasn’t coming or the quality would be awful, long story short, do not order
Luckily, I immediately did a chargeback thanks to the reviews on Trustpilot. However, the way this company operates is unlawful I cancelled my order and asked for refund they still proceed to send me the items which I already mentioned to them I will refuse they insisted I will pay back the shipping cost I’m sure it’s all to win the chargeback claim if I do accept the delivery which I won’t don’t let them scam you.
Had ordered a jacket from NoirLTD and once Ive clicked order … I’ve had nothing but issues with them. They do not reply to any emails regarding delivery or timeframes. The parcel came 30days from ordering which clearly wasn’t from London as described on their website.
Through their website they run under MC COMMERCE which looks to be set up as a postal address and nothing more. They have no financial assets in the company and it was looked to be set up in 2025 by two persons from Denmark.
The package contained no delivery note or any sorts. The coat was ill fitting and no labelling or branding apart from MADE IN CHINA. I would voice this issue with the company but I’d never get to speak to anyone !! Beware as they will take your money and time but you’ll not get what you had ordered.
The information provided on the website about the quality and material was false, and I was overcharged for the entire purchase. £100 for a faux leather jacket made of polyester is unacceptable. I have no trust in the process as I attempt to secure a refund, and I doubt they will assist me. Additionally, they are located overseas and expect me to cover the return shipping costs.
Avoid this purchase. I'm still waiting for my coat and received no response to my email. Eventually, I got a dispatch email indicating it was sent from overseas! I thought it was a local service with quick shipping. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, and the return process appears to be highly problematic. Be cautious!
My experience with this order was extremely disappointing. The jacket I received is completely different from what was shown in the photos — the material is of poor quality, the fit is off, and the overall finish does not meet expectations. The product does not match the website's presentation at all. Additionally, delivery took an excessively long time, with minimal communication or updates regarding the order status. I cannot recommend this website; the advertising is misleading, and both the product and the service left much to be desired.
Do not purchase from here. I'm still waiting for my coat — I sent an email with no response, and finally received a dispatch email FROM OVERSEAS! I thought it was a local service with fast shipping. I wish I had read reviews before ordering, and the return process seems ridiculous! Beware!
This is my third review to update. This company pretends to be local, but they are not. Their website claims hassle-free returns for refunds, which is false. I've been trying to return some poorly made boots that cost me £55. Thankfully, I paid through a payment service and lodged a complaint about the company's tactics to push me into accepting a partial refund. The payment service has ruled in my favor and is refunding the full amount. I feel misled by the presence of this payment option on their website. Don't be fooled by the appealing photos and nice design — they are not genuine!
