AVOID THIS COMPANY! I will keep posting until my refund is resolved! This is NOT a local business; they mislead customers. Cheap clothing that is not as advertised. Returns must be paid for by the customer to send back overseas, including additional customs fees.
I ordered a coat and waited a month for it to arrive. When it finally came, it was a cheap, poor-quality coat from overseas that looked nothing like what was advertised. I emailed the company three times to request a refund but received no response. Please do not purchase anything from this site; you'll be wasting your money.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They have no genuine connection to local services. Cheap quality clothing from overseas, nothing as advertised, and a complete nightmare when it comes to returns! The terms and conditions are misleading; customers must cover return shipping and customs fees, which is not noted on the website. I've reported them to my bank and local authorities. The random positive reviews are clearly fabricated by these fraudsters! Avoid them at all costs!
Terrible experience, similar to others who have commented. The item looks like something from a low-quality shop and not at all like what I paid for. The company claims to be local and promises delivery in 7 days — all false, as they ship from overseas. If you have paid with a credit card and it was over £100, I recommend claiming a section 75.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!! I purchased an item on December 14th and still have not received it. I've been emailing regularly to check the shipping status and am still waiting for a delivery date. Their response cited technical difficulties and promised to update me once my order ships.
Extremely disappointing, so please avoid! Like many others, I made a purchase during the holiday season, and the reviews reflect the terrible customer service regarding returns/refunds. The jacket arrived much later than expected. When my son tried it on, the fit was awful — too short in the arms and body, and the fabric felt cheap. I emailed customer service, which also seems to be based overseas given their response times. They requested photos of the jacket before proceeding. They then offered to send another style for free while allowing me to keep the original! This shows how cheap they must be! I declined and requested a full refund. They then offered a 10% refund and the option to keep the coat. I declined again, and they offered 40% and the coat, or I could return it at my own expense, including customs charges to send it back overseas!
