My order faced multiple unexpected shipping and customs challenges while being delivered internationally. Throughout the entire process, the Nomad support team - and especially Ozi - handled the situation with outstanding professionalism, transparency, and care.
They were proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented at every step. Even when issues occurred outside of their direct control, they took ownership and worked diligently to resolve everything, ensuring I ultimately received my order without any problems.

They replied promptly and addressed my concern. I had bought a case for a wireless earbud, and the cap was coming off frequently. This issue didn't occur with my other cases, as I've purchased several before. After contacting them, they requested a video and some photos, and within 5 minutes, they dispatched a replacement. That's impressive service. Additionally, they offer fantastic products.
I bought a rugged band for my smartwatch and I'm very pleased with its overall design and quality. It has a robust, premium feel and fits perfectly. There were a few minor issues with the band, but the customer service was outstanding. Complete disaster with the bands. I ordered the new ones, and assembling them was a frustrating experience. I opted for a return, only to find out that international orders required me to cover shipping all the way to another country. I spent $259 on a strap that ultimately didn’t work, plus nearly $175 to send it back. This needs improvement. I work in retail for a company that sells smartwatches and will ensure everyone steers clear of this brand.
