I bought this for my wife. Still waiting for it to be arrived. Can’t wait to gift it to her for Christmas. So far the shopping experience is very good. Easy checkout and easy to browse through products. Fast shipping is definitely a plus point. So far very satisfied.
Product was sent out right away and delivered on time. However, the product does not live up to the hype and my wife says it does not really do much at all. I would like to return it, exploring that option now. I tried it myself just to see, the "massage" feature does work, but it feels like a two year old gently rolling a ball around on your back, barely any pressure at all and not enough to do any good. In addition, it only runs for about ten to fifteen minutes before needing to be recharged again.
