Review Time
The company is a scam. We are on week 7 of waiting and still have not received our order. They provided 2 different tracking numbers from 2 different shipping companies, neither of which ever showed a destination in our state. They refuse to refund the purchase and only reply to email with the same generic auto responses that don't address the questions posed. I had to file a complaint with my CC. Do not waste your time or money.I have contacted Noraluxe many times. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. For 3 straight weeks they have said, it will arrive within a few days. Since my order, I have found many other poor reviews. Wish I had read them first.

This is my 2nd complaint about my order placed 30/10/25. Following my last posting I received a reply suggesting I contact support by email but when I did email support address I received reply that address was incorrect. I then sent email to gmail address but as usual I have got no reply. Can someone please contact me and let me know when I can expect it. I do not want another insincere reply to this posting.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a burgundy double breasted jacket and received a single-breasted that was too small. When I reached out to return because they sent the wrong item, they wanted me to send them pictures of defects. What?? They purposely send you the wrong items once you purchase and it is difficult of expensive to return. Cheap quality. When it is too good to be true, believe it! We’re truly sorry to hear that you’ve had an issue with the product you received.To assist you better, we kindly ask for your help. I received my Clara orthopedic wedge Espadrilles with a tear in the upper foot bed and was sent the wrong size. I ordered a size 7 and was sent a European 41 . I did try to dispute a resolution, but Nora Lux demanded I return and pay the shipping cost or donate them and reorder at a discount, I refused unless I was given a pre- paid voucher, but this company did not honor my request . My honest opinion is that this website is not legitimate and my hope is that future customers will head my advise
