OUT OF STOCK AND NO REFUND! ISSUED!!!

This is a criminal organisation and their website should be closed !! I have been battling to get my refund for the past 1 month! I ordered an item in October and it didn’t arrived because they were out of stuck and in November 20th they said they processed the refund. My bank did not see the refund come back! I have sent several emails and I still don’t have my refund! This is a criminal act!!! Scam of a website!

Poor Customer Service

I had a disappointing purchase experience with this company and after much difficulty getting it resolved, I shared a review on Trustpilot, Noraluxe responded on the public platform, with a kind note asking me to contact them again so that the case could be looked into and solutions explored. However, in a private message, they were quick to reiterate that they would not be doing that. Customer service was unhelpful. Additionally - this review received the same automated response as the original review - there is no follow up from Nora Luxe to resolve this.

I have never encountered such a trashy…

I have never encountered such a trashy company! Canceled the order 2 days after placing another order, this company ignored me and sent me the package anyway, then the return address was intentionally given wrong causing the driver to not be able to find it or show them, it's really very disgusting, people don't go to buy from them online! Customer service attitude is very bad!

FRAUDSTERS - BEWARE

I ordered a large majestic wooden owl decoration and received 3 little white painted owl trinkets and the company tried to tell me that I received what I ordered. I sent evidence to them and they still tried to tell me I received what I ordered. They are Fraudsters!

If I could gave a zero for a rating…

If I could gave a zero for a rating that would be the appropriate rating. I ordered a Sonic Tooth cleaner for Pets - received a tooth cleaner for humans. Emailed them to return [within 30 days per their policy]. After 11 emails back & forth, they informed me that I cannot return the item because is was "on sale" - nowhere did it said the sale was final. Be prepared to basically get a run around and not get your money back if you want to make a return.

I’m glad this ordeal is over. I’m happy that my great granddaughter has her present!I’m sad to see the way it arrived. I paid more for this gift because I thought it would be nicer. The boxing was torn, just a brown box with no fun inner box. No marketing . Ugly.There were two gifts instead on one; after wrangling w Sara I decided to just get the 30% off and get away from this whole mess! A very very disappointing purchase! Ugh! Now they’ve offered 30% off if I keep the second package. I’ve said yes ONLY if the rest goes back into my cc. I so want to be done with this company!There were TWO of the same things in the package. Please assure me that you have already taken 25% off the our gases price and putting it back my credit card as you agreed to do! I’ve received a msg that you need more of an explanation. What do you need? I’m repeating what your person Sara quoted to me. 25% off purchase price on the one toy!The gift arrived to my great granddaughter- all intact , but you sent TWO! Geez! Please send me a return address label for the one asap! What an experience! I do not want the present for my granddaughter from you.The tracking number is useless as nothing comes up.Your promises of “arriving in the next few days has not come through.I ordered a gift that has arrived. I don’t want to go through more hassle of returning the package to you. I cannot imagine what that would be like!Please- this is too much time and energy for a wife who takes full time care of her husband. I’ve never been so frustrated w a business in my life! I ordered an etch- a -sketch table for my great granddaughter the FIRST PART OF AUGUST. If you live in the US

If you live in the US, be prepared to mail your item back to China if you need to return! No where on the web site tells you that small detail. I bought what I thought was a metal based clock (replacing what I had bought years ago.) the metal was just painted plastic. And I paid over 100$. Shame on me for trusting the details on the item. Consider yourself warned!

Glad I Took the Chance

I wasn’t sure about ordering another cashmere sweater, but I’m glad I did. The fit is clean, the color is versatile, and it layers well without bulking up. Sometimes the simple pieces turn out to be the best ones.

FRAUD, No updates for 2 weeks and counting

It's been 2 weeks since my £157 order and no updates, despite numerous attempts via phone , email , whats app messages and even social media. All these failures lead me to believe this company is a front and FRAUD. Do not purchase from here if you are from the UK. If I hear back from company with shipping confirmation and tracking I will reconsider this review...but as of now avoid this company at all costs.

Totally fine but nothing special

The second cashmere sweater I bought was fine, nothing bad, just didn’t wow me. Fit is okay, color is okay. It’s basically just okay. Probably won’t rebuy.
