I was really excited to get this suitcase. I’d bought a similar one in Dark Green from another company, and the Green one was solid and of great quality. When I received my Red Nora Luxe luggage piece, I was disappointed for a couple reasons: 1. Despite it being packed fairly securely, it arrived with a big dent on the top surface of the luggage piece. 2. The locks and handle are made of a really cheap plastic, that looks like it belongs on a Fisher Price toy. The luggage piece took over a month to arrive, and so I wasn’t able to use it on my recent trip. I would honestly return it, if it wasn’t so much a hassle to have received it in the first place. I don’t write negative reviews very liberally. However, I don’t see myself buying from this company again.
This feels like a fraudulent operation, and I think their website should be shut down! I've been trying to get my refund for over a month. I placed an order in October, but it never arrived due to stock issues. On November 20th, I was told my refund was processed, yet my bank hasn't received it! I've sent numerous emails but still have not received my refund! This situation is unacceptable!
This is a TOTAL SCAM! The items on their site are misrepresented with inaccurate photos and descriptions. They showcase high-quality products but send cheap, plastic imitations instead. When I contacted support, they refused to acknowledge the mismatch and insisted on returning it to an international address at my own cost. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM!
I ordered what was advertised as a cashmere sweater in two colors. Upon arrival, they were not cashmere but rather a cheap polyester blend, and they looked nothing like the advertised pictures. After waiting three weeks, I received this disappointing product.
This was a scam; it took three weeks to receive LED glasses that do not have the same color settings as described. The website's images and descriptions were misleading. When I contacted customer service, they ignored the issue and only offered a 30% refund. STAY AWAY!
The website claimed the blanket I ordered was wool, but it arrived as 100% polyester. Additionally, it misrepresented shipping as coming from the US, which is also untrue. The quality is poor, and while it somewhat resembles the photos, I feel completely scammed.
This company is a complete scam. They sent a cheap knockoff instead of what I ordered, which did not match the pictures at all. They misrepresented the product as available domestically but won't refund unless I pay for return shipping to an international location. Their claim of hassle-free returns is a blatant lie. They state they cover return costs for defective items but refuse to do so for incorrect ones. What I received was NOT the non-toxic doll shown in the images; it was a cheap, toxic knockoff. This is entirely the company's fault, not mine. I strongly advise against shopping here! The so-called empathetic responses to comments are insincere. I've been communicating with customer service for weeks, exchanging 16 emails. They know they are misleading customers, and purchasing from this site carries a high risk of disappointment. Interactions with customer service are time-consuming and yield no positive results, only hollow apologies from underpaid staff. This situation is disgraceful.
The blouse I received was poorly fitted, made from a cheap, itchy polyester. The return process forces you to pay for international shipping back to China, which costs $70-$100, making it unlikely you'll return the product. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.
