Great customer service and support

Great customer service and support. I had a problem with the power cable and NH replaced it and explained what had happened (water dripping into the socket). It is too early (6 months) to say how i have responded to the water itself but my first indications seem to be relating to energy levels. The water does not help me sleep better but i have noticed that since using it that i do not need so much sleep and can perform at higher energy levels for longer.
