Shipped fast, arrived on time and they are very well made socks. I bought them primarily for use as sleep socks and the regulate temperature very well and don’t get sweaty. They wash well (no dryer) and have been great so far. Highly recommend!
I ordered a 5 pair pack as a gift with standard postage which said allow 4 to 5 days, to my surprise they arrived 2 days later.The person they were for suffers from cold feet and chilblains and she was utterly delighted with them and how they performed, this then prompted me to re order a 5 pack for myself given that I am now on blood thinners and I can confirm the excellence of the product and the standard of service from online purchase from beginning to end
I recently had a shocking experience with Nordic Socks (ordered from their .UK site) that makes me feel like they’re intentionally misleading customers. I ordered size M socks as a gift, but they sent size XL instead. When I reached out, their response was to suggest that XL “might fit,” which completely ignored the fact that I ordered a different size.Instead of taking responsibility and offering a quick resolution, they insisted I return the wrong item at my own expense, promising to reimburse me for the return costs and send the correct size only after. When I initiated a chargeback, they responded vaguely and still didn’t offer a proper solution.Their lack of accountability and their attempt to avoid resolving the issue properly left me with the impression that they don’t care about their customers or their mistakes.Given my experience, I would caution anyone from ordering here. Their mistakes are on you to fix, and their customer service doesn’t seem equipped to handle issues properly.
I have purchased 24 pairs of these socks so I like them ! But yesterday I discovered that the warranty is ONLY 3 months from purchase.So the fact that one pair of my wife's long socks had holes in both heels less than a year from purchase whilst the other pair was perfect was not considered a problem. So if proceeding to purchase make sure buy one pair at a time so problems arise within 3 months.I wonder how many other holes develop over time.I would love to attach a photo.Maybe socks are for curling up on sofa ?After response - I love irony - we should have bought a tumble drier and washed at 50C and we would have reduced life (allowed flaw to be obvious earlier) to be within warranty !!!!
They are not the quality I paid for, I have always paid for quality and am very disappointed with theirs socks, I have contacted the company and the response was awful so I checked this company out and wow horrendously shocked at results.Regards to the reply form Nordic I can attach a screen shot of my complaint so please do NOT lie on here utter nonsense.Everything from start to finish regarding this matterI have recorded. Be very careful of what you say next as I am not a pushover.
