I want to highlight a real issue with Nordic Socks’ refund system. I returned my order, and the refund I received didn’t match the amount I originally paid. When I asked for an explanation, I was given a generic “computer-calculated” answer, yet the maths didn’t add up. It felt vague and a bit suspicious.I buy online because I have a disability and can’t easily go store to store. I was ordering something specific for a special-needs child, and I expected the refund process to at least be transparent. Instead, it was confusing and not properly explained.The socks themselves are decent, but the way refunds are handled is not fair or customer-friendly. This part of their service needs to be made clearer and more accountable.
These are wonderfully soft and cushy wool socks. I wear them all year long even in the hot summer because they keep my feet cool when it's hot, warm when it's cold, and comfy all year long. They are also quite beautiful, and very well made. The company ships out quickly and runs truly awesome sales. I buy them to give as gifts to people that I love as a way to show them how much I care.
Love love love these comfortable socks. I have been using these socks for several years and they are still going strong. I only bought more socks for different colors. They are reasonably priced and are so comfortable. Plus I get lots of compliments. I just ordered some for gifts too. Best socks ever!
The product is nice. The shipping outstanding. The only drawback was the odor of the socks. It was very chemical smelling and must be washed before wearing. I'm sure it's a production thing. If I had the need I would purchase again. Absolutely nothing beats wool for warmth. I even ordered the same sets for a friend. They help to keep the energy bill down.
