Used to be great but went downhill. Avoid.

I purchased some of their socks this time last year, for myself and my family, and the quality was great. We loved them so much, both cotton and wool ones, that we decided to buy more in this year's sale (because let's be honest, their prices are extortionate). What arrived this year seems like a Temu knock off of the original. The quality is shockingly poor. The stitching is so poor it starts to come apart after one wear. Despite the description stating 60% cotton, others 40% wool, they don't feel like the socks we bought last year, or elsewhere, and feel rather synthetic and cheap. The customer service and returns are both, unfortunately, quite awful. You have to pay the returns cost, no matter how much you'd spend on your order, and they don't seem to be interested in resolving issues or helping the customers. They have no return portal, their customer service responses are clearly AI generated, and the cost they charge is, quite frankly, absurd now that the quality is so poor.

Lovely Socks if You Can Darn...

I loved these socks & they kept my feet cosy throughout last winter. Sadly, as I've been wearing them this autumn, 3 of the 5 pairs have given way at the toe end. I now have to learn to darn or buy some new ones. Not impressed, particularly given the price.

To be honest for the price i was…

I am changing my review of nordic socks. I had socks delivered which were very sub standard, but upon emailing them with photos they have replied saying there must have been a production error and have sent me 5 new pairs out within 12 hours. I will let you know if the new socks are improved quality, bit definitely 10 put of 10 for customer service!

Great socks really comfortable and warm. They wash well (no softener required just a gentle wool detergent) and stay up without leaving horrible marks on my ankles. My socks of choice and I have repeat purchased twice.

Customer Service + Website - Terrible

I wanted to cancel an order I had literally just submitted. There was no option to do so. I emailed them instantly and only received a reply the following day to say "we couldn't stop your order, here's a discount off your next order"As if I'd want to buy something else having received bad service. Their website doesn't have any means of tracking orders or arranging cancellation -- I'd steer clear
