These socks are fantastic! I purchased my first 5-pack in September and couldn't resist ordering another in November. I also picked up three additional 5-packs to share with friends and family. The wool is soft and comfortable, not at all scratchy. The colors are bright and cheerful, and they keep my feet really warm. Plus, they wash beautifully.
The advertising for Black Friday is misleading, claiming sufficient stock to meet orders when clearly that’s not the case. They also advertised fast shipping, which hasn’t happened. I ordered three sets of socks, and none have been processed. If I hadn’t reached out, I wouldn’t have even known that the items were out of stock! Now I’m requesting a refund. This service feels like a scam.

I ordered three sets of socks, none of which were fulfilled. If I hadn’t reached out, I wouldn’t have known my items were out of stock! Now I want a refund. I would greatly appreciate it if you could initiate my refund process and keep me updated via email. I am still waiting for a response from customer service.

I purchased two pairs of socks and returned one for a refund. It took from November 17 to December 3 to receive my refund. I sent numerous emails and only after mentioning I would involve my bank for a chargeback did I finally get my money back. They seem quick to send out socks but not as eager with timely refunds.
These socks are amazing. I often have cold feet in temperatures below 50°, and these socks have solved that issue. I liked them so much that after my initial order, I placed another. Unfortunately, the second order didn’t arrive, even though it showed as delivered. When I contacted the support team, they promptly sent a replacement without any hesitation. Outstanding socks! Outstanding customer service!
