Really great product and, after buying on a promotion, a really great price. These are my second batch and pretty much all I wear now .The BIG thing that impressed though was customer service. I had an issue with shipping and they resolved it speedily, with great communication from a human with an excellent sense of humour! I can't recommend them highly enough!!
The only thing “Nordic” about the socks is the pattern. They are made in Turkey and shipped to the UK via Germany. The site says 40% merino wool mix but the packaging said 37% merino wool. Not sure if either is true. The packaging was poor compared to the price paid; just arriving in a plastic bag. Overpriced for what they are. Wouldn’t buy again.
Delivery time was fast. The socks are great. Beautiful and warm. The wool socks are thicker than I thought they would be. The adventurer socks are too long somehow but I still like them. This is the second time buying Nordic Socks. I love them and I will probably buy more in the future.
Terrible delivery service. Socks ordered 2nd December still waiting for the items to arrive. Requested refund twice but the response never makes any sense other than it is obvious they are ignoring the refund request. Bit of a joke all this messing around over a few pairs of socks
