I bought three different pods. The case is a great idea and the quality is good. However, the scent is barely noticeable and doesn’t last more than 10–20 minutes (I even tried it with my friends). Quite disappointing considering the price. Returning the product was also too expensive, so it didn’t make sense to send it back.
First of all, the scent of Nord is amazing, all of them. Yes I have my personal favourite but they all smell very tasteful and good. It is a easy way to to smell good but not too much. No problems when you go with a plane because it is no liquid.The case is a bit heavy but it feels premium, and they made a nice line up of colors, for everyone's choice.It seems that my case was from a bad badge and the case was showing more and more damage from the paint.So I mailed Nord to show them what happened. Well what can I say, I got helped by Raina and the service was very good, fast and responsive. They explained what kind of badge they had and immediately sent me a new one. No further questions asked. Thank you very much for that and I will gladly take the new frost blue case with me
I purchased a perfume a few months ago and the coating of the case started to come off and little particles went towards the perfume pod. When I contacted customer service they were very understanding and shipped a replacement case and pod. Upon request they even shipped a different scent for me to try. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you Reina for your kindness and the ease this situation was handled with :)
Apart from the fantastic fragrances (I can't get enough of 'Bonfire') but their customer service is second to none and they respond really fast. Had a paint removal issue on one of my two pod holders, and they had responded and sent a replacement out at no cost to me within 24 hours. Great experience - I'll be ordering more.
Hi all, I hardly ever write reviews but in case of Nord, the customer journey has been nothing but amazing. The concept itself is well designed, the casing feels sturdy and valuable and in combination with the interchangable refill concept, it provides a full solution for your every day need. (a storage solution for the refill that is not in use, would be a great add-on to the concept). Love the fact that the fragrance is toned down a bit, is not too overwhelming but serves great as a touch-up when it is required or wanted during the day.The interaction with Reina from customer service has been absolutely great and the level of support she offered has been in a way that I felt very welcome! I have been using NORD for about a year. I very much enjoy the concept where you can easily bring a fresh fragrance with you anywhere you go and the balm have been just great for my skin. Besides the product i have had some great experience with the costumer support. I had a small problem with my case and Reina sorted it out with ease, very professional costumer service.
