Bought a bundle package and there has been an issue where I was not given an order confirmation. Emailed customer service and Reina (rep) managed to sort out the problem. Excellent job Reina. Thank you for your help. I have got the items now and I love the smell. I can bring it with me anytime and it doesn't melt in your pocket. The design and concept are amazing.
It took me a while to decide to buy one, in the end I bought two. When they arrived I was extremely impressed with the packaging and the holders are very good quality. The fragrances are really nice. I have now just bought another one.

Aldo, I placed my order in July, and it arrived in October (part of the delay was due to logistics and transportation). My opinion and recommendation is this:Some cases have locking issues, but are decent.Customer support is there, but they really don't do anything.As for the fragrance — not my favorite, of course, this varies from person to person, BUT it doesn't take too long and this is certain!A good way to improve their business would be this:First, improve the product bc you have budget for the ads.Secondly, put in place a better system to handle transportation errors and reduce client waiting time, it would be a great improvement.Their current policy — where the customer has to wait for the original order to be returned before it can be resent in case of transporting error — takes too much time, especially considering the order has already been paid for. So, if I’ve already paid you with my own money, your logistics problems aren’t really my concern — what matters to me is the final result.Right now, the staff’s strategy seems to be mostly “thank you for your understanding — please wait a bit longer.”In conclusion, there’s poor management of logistics when it comes to handling transportation errors that can occur - not buying again.
The smells are really awesome and it delivers on its promises i.e. easy to transport, smells great, doesn't melt in the summer heat etc. "Pepper party" especially stood out as a great smell. Consider, however, that the smell is much more subtle than a spray cologne and you may need to reapply during the day if you want to keep smelling fresh.Another positive point is the responsiveness of customer care. I noticed an important defect in the case (the paint was peeling off after just a few months) and promptly received a replacement case after pointing out the issue. The problem stemmed from a particular production batch and the replacement does not suffer from the same defect.
Customer service was excellent. A big shout out to Reina. I was having a small bit of bother trying to subscribe and my issue was solved very promptly by Reina.I received my order in good time and I can honestly say I am very pleasantly surprised. I thought the product my be a gimmick but Nord truly is an excellent and genuine product.
Great products and even better service. One of my cases developed a coating issue after long-term use. Reina replied quickly, identified it as a known batch problem, and arranged a free replacement right away. Clear communication, fast resolution, and quality fragrances. Thanks, Reina.
