I consider myself a loyal customer since I have already bought 3 cases and more than 10 perfume pods.What surprises me every single time is that the quality of the product and the level of service is always excellent!Especially the last time, when I experienced a small case malfunction, I was totally refunded completely with no charge and at a very little time! Reina, the person I spoke with, was very helpful and polite and did her absolute best to satisfy me! I believe the way Nord works is perfect and I'm very soon going to order my next perfume!
I ordered a case and the “Dancing Flowers” fragrance. There was an issue during shipping where the fragrance fell out of the packaging, however, the team over at Nord kindly sent me a replacement fragrance for free and then followed up once it arrived to check if everything was alright. I am very impressed by the care of their customer support team, and would like to specifically shout out Reina for their dedication and care in handling my issue. As for the product itself, I have been using it since it arrived and like the scent. The application and carrying case are just as advertised, although I do find myself applying more layers of the balm to get a stronger effect, so it may last me a month-ish shorter than advertised. All in all, very happy that I stumbled across this product!
