These products are truly wonderful and worth buying. I purchased the entire set to try them all, and I really liked them. They last a long time, and I especially loved the "Dancing Flowers" scent. It makes me feel like I'm in a beautiful, relaxing place. I will definitely buy these products again. The Nord team is very helpful and attentive to customer satisfaction. Nice travel friendly product.Lasts few hours,easy to apply and is not to light or to strong on smell- just perfect.While ordering I forgot to add my email and Reina from customer service quickly helped me get confirmation of my order, helped to understand delivery details and checked if I received the product safely- so I would say customer service is also very good!I am quite satisfied with my "Bonfire" fragrance pod ,so for anyone who loves a bit smokey spicy and wood fragrances would definitely recommend.
I've bought the black pod a year ago and had been very happy with it, but suddenly the paint was peeling off. I wrote to customer service - and within no time, I got a reply from Reina who told me that they had a quality issue in a batch (from which I was unfortunate to get my pod) and since then, they have improved their product to fix the issue. Reina then quickly arranged for me to get a replacement pod which was quickly shipped all the way to me in Denmark. Outstanding costumer service (and a brilliant product).
Just wanted to share my experience with NORDs customer service. After a small issue with one of the steel cases, I got in touch NORD and Reina reached out immediately and resolved the issue. She was wonderful to deal with, extremely professional and courteous. The steel cases are so handy, I keep one in a drawer to use as a top up a couple of times a day. Very nice fragrances. I have been a NORD customer for quite some time and I am absolutely thrilled with the products. It's a really great concept and I love the fragrances!!! Now there was a manufacturing defect with my case and, after a brief email exchange, I received quick and uncomplicated assistance. A new case was sent to me immediately and free of charge. A big thank you to Reina from the customer service. She was extremely friendly and helpful. So I have to say that NORD also does a great job of looking after its existing customers.
