Excellent service. I was not completely satisfied with a case I had bought in March. Wrote to customer service if it was covered by the warranty, and have just received a replacement case free of charge. There is good service. Thanks to Reina from Customer Service for the quick case processing
First of all, this a MUST HAVE product for any man who loves his gadgets and wants to smell nice at the same time! This product is just perfect! Smells good, not too strong, just enough to be noticed! Small, compact, easy to bring wherever you go, and just an awesome gadget and must have!! Unfortunately I had a little problem with my case, little peeling off of the paint, not a big deal but not what you would expect from an awesome product like this. I sent a mail to their customer service. The very next day got a reply from the very friendly Reina who said that they had issues with a batch of there cases and were aware of the problem. They also had solved the problems and have even MORE perfected an already awesome product by working with there manufacturer for an even better quality paint! And even better, Reina promised and sent immediately a new and better quality case……free of charge!! How amazing is that!!! So can’t get much better than this!! An awesome product AND impeccable customer service!!! Not easy to find! So, think this review is pretty clear, would TOTALLY recommend this product!!! Thanks NORD dor everything!! Will be ordering soon again!! And thanks Reina for your amazing service!!! 👍❤️👍
I’m absolutely loving my experience with Nord Fragrances! The scents are so beautifully crafted and last the whole day, which is rare to find. Their pod case is genius—it’s sleek, so satisfying to open and close (honestly feels like a little fidget spinner in my bag!), and makes reapplying such a treat. A special thank you to Reina from their customer care team, who went above and beyond to help me get a missing fragrance pod reshipped. It’s so refreshing to experience a brand that cares this much about its customers!
Awesome perfumes, cool af cases and even better customer service.I had a little defect on one of the colored cases, which upset my inner OCD self, however, the Nord team, especially Reina, were kind enough to get me a replacemnt and a free parfume included. Altough I was a little upset at first and didn't expect much, they went above and beyond and thus earned my respect and my recommendation.I highly recommend their products and will definetly be buying again.Once again, shout out to Reina for the excelent customer service.
Awesome product and awesome after sales support! Reina helped me with resolving a defective case and arranged a replacement for me free of charge. On top of that, the fragrances smell great and last much longer than the fancy colognes from designer brands. Great product and great brand. Happily recommend!
I have bought 2 lots of Nord products now and have all but one of the scents.I had a problem with one of my fragrance case and I emailed the customer support team, and with a very swift reply from Reina they organised a new one to be sent to me as a replacement ! Very quick and very easy! Such great customer service !The smell of each fragrance is great and they last as well.And the design of the case is smooth, minimalistic, and goes great in your pocket or bag.Definitely going to be using them for future purchases as well ! Very good product with a very good team behind it.
I was honestly a bit hesitant about ordering from Nord at first. The main reason was that I didnt want to buy perfumes I hadnt smelled before. I kept adding their products to my basket and then backing out until I finally decided to just go for it.Now that I’ve tried them I’m really glad I did. The pods are really nice to use, and the scents themselves are great. I picked up Marine Mist, Pepper Party, and Dancing Flower. What I also like is that you basically get three of their perfumes for the price of what one bottled usually costs, so it feels like a good way to try different scents without overspending.Loyal from now on!(PS going to try Bonfire next)
The concept is great, the product smells nice and is easy to carry around. After several months, the coating on the case that I had started to flake off. Since there is a 5 year warranty, I contacted Nord support. Reina from their Customer Service team was very nice and understood the issue. She offered to send me a new case at no charge and this time I took a plain metal case.Great service for what I think is a great product. I get compliments on the smell all the time.
