Tbh I was a bit scared to order. However it was my best interaction with any company ever. The product is AMAZING. The sent is exactly How you can imagine it, the case is the perfect weight and very sturdy. I have nothing to complain about. Moreover the customer service is kind, helpful and fast. I will definitely order again.
As far as I know it, it's pretty good. It's rather intimate, so people can't smell it from 2 meters away from you, but you'll be smelling great anyway. I can carry it everywhere with me, use it whenever and however I want. The delivery was fast and the support was preety good too. I mean, not many support, big or small, reaches out if my package arrived intact, not unless I reach out to them first

My initial order was lost by FedEx but Reina and their customer service was exemplary, and the communication throughout the process was beyond wonderful. The product itself is exactly as the website described, and will make a perfect winter accessory for me. Highly, highly recommend these folks!
I purchased a set of 2 perfumes with the case.I waited more than one month and asked many times where my package was, no info at all.Only after many emails they actively tried to SOLVE the problem.Distribution too bad for a product that aim to fidelize clients and change the frangrance business.
I love one of the scents so I went back to buy more with another new scent - unfortunately the new one wasn’t for me so I asked for the return and exchange. They made the return process extremely difficult and expensive for customers- I think the purpose is to put people off and not return them. This is totally disgraceful by declaring 30 days hassles free return as it clearly NOT hassle free!
