They turn back on automatic subscriptions renewal even after you turn it off! This has happened last 3 years This last time I turned it off twice, once in beginning checked 3 weeks before renewal it was on. Turned it off again and they charged my credit card again. Then proceeded to lie on phone telling me it was on. Charging me a 100.00, I only have 1 device. This getting to be bs and I will be finding another company to use.

Im really upset at the momment with norton because i renewed 3 days ago and they took the money but it still says on the website and the destop app that i need to renew and it keeps asking me for money and to renew constantly and it says im unpretected and i cant use the servic even though i all ready paid. also its very hard to get to custmer service it took me an hour just to get to an ai assistent chat not a real person. this is not good at all for a big company. its been free days and its still saying i need to renew even though i all ready have, this service is greedy and was almost imposible to conntact support i want a refund and i wont use this service ever again. thanks. also i am fed up with the constant pop ups and ads on my pc with norton asking me for more money for more norton features and asking me to pay again even though i all ready paid. if i cant get this reolved i will ask my bank to charge it back and tell them i keep getting asked to pay again and i cant use the servic even though i paid. Custmer support when I connecte dis not helpful at all and they are holding out on a refund and they want to remote acces my pc instead. that is an invasion of privecy i will not allow them to do that. (update) They finaly did a refund but i really had to push for it. I wont be using this service again. custmer service was so bad and pushy and sometiems it was like they didnt even read my messages. If they want to keep custmers they should fix their website and app so people can actully use it after they pay. im done with norton for good.

Took from Aug 25 to Feb 26 to sort an UPSELLING NAG. Their products are loaded by me on a laptop used primarily by my wife. I scanned all fine, my wife logged into her vault, then used the scan tools, tracker etc. The scan reports errors on a clean scanned system.
Post the alleged FIX, all seemed OK after live updates etc. After much tooing and frooing, a free 6 month subscription extension on N360 was granted. As their products are separate subscription this left me with the potential of fragmented renewals. For one with ADHD / Autism I like all in order.
So after a few days of what seemed a fix, the bloody UPSELL NAG was back. They have been informed.
I've lost count of the times I was told they will call back / contact me with updates in the next 48 to 72 hours too. POOR Follow up, great customer service leads to satisfaction and retention!!
After 15+ years of membership, subscription renewals, better deals after phoning in when their renewals emails were received!!! WHY NOT OFFER A DISCOUNTED RENEWAL? STRAIGHT OFF I ASKED EACH TIME..
I expect as some folks just take renewals at face value, good faith etc..
Not me..
I've decided to pull the plug and to move on. Investing in BitDefender after HOURS & HOURS of reading, video reviews etc...

I am offered new products thru Norton without being overwhelmed with emails and reminders. I am informed when there is a breach/my info on the dark web. I like the way it is explained to the user the product and how it works.

I have been using Norton products before Windows and the Internet. I have tried other products for Internet security but kept coming back to Norton 360. I love how Norton 360 protects, especially on my phone, against suspicious text messages and websites. I love being notified so I can take precautions. I will never go with another product again. Norton 360 rocks!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. It blocks or interrupts meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. It is constantly trying to upsell me through pop-ups. It doesn't find obvious viruses that I can uncover with other utilities. I uninstalled it. But wait, there's more. They have a non-dismissable pop-up ad on Facebook that blocks content. I have complained to Facebook. Generally, I rate the product as not functional and business practices as shady.

Norton has many great products which are unfortunately chopped into tiny pieces to extract maximum value from users which will eventually open the doors to a more value driven competitor taking a big bite out of their business

This is the second year in a row that Norton reversed my "Do not renew" setting on the back-end and billed me for another year, one month prior to the current plan expiration. I see I'm not the only one this has happened to.
