There are misleading practices and low-quality items. They charge high prices for products that do not match the descriptions or images on their website. Additionally, you may have to pay for shipping upon receipt. If you seek a refund, which may not happen upon return, you'll be responsible for return shipping fees as well, since items must be sent back to Germany. It's advisable to avoid this seller if you want to steer clear of poor products and unhelpful customer service regarding refunds or returns.

Ordered a titanium pan...

I ordered a titanium pan, and the description claimed it was 100% titanium, but I received a steel product instead. They acknowledged the misleading description, but I have to pay 20 - 80 Euro for return shipping or accept a 10% refund and a 50% discount on my next purchase. This is absurd and reflects poorly on the online store. Please consider reviews before making a purchase.
