I absolutely loved the way it structured my day and ensured that I wasnt falling behind! And much like Grace, I am someone who runs multiple businesses, so it was great to get something that fit into my life!
I'm a big fan of the quarterly planner from last year, so I decided to purchase the 2026 year planner this time. I have a small suggestion—could we add budget tracking pages to the year planner instead of the meeting notes? For yearly expenses and budgeting, it makes more sense to have that in the annual planner. Meeting notes are not as relevant for the whole year, but they are definitely beneficial for the quarterly planner. Just my thoughts for improving next year's annual edition.
I placed an order for a planner on 21 December and have yet to receive it. The shipping service hasn’t even picked it up, and the status has remained unchanged since the day after I ordered. Customer service has been unresponsive to my emails, so I will need to initiate a chargeback with my credit card. I recommend steering clear of this business to avoid potential issues.
My order never arrived. The courier left it out in the street, and naturally, I didn’t receive it. The team told me it was delivered and suggested checking with the building manager. However, I live in a house, and they have photos of the poor delivery.
I ordered this planner on 30 January 2025, and it has been two working days since then (noting that January 1st is a holiday), yet my order still hasn’t been dispatched to my address. This delivery experience has been very poor. It might be worth considering new courier or fulfillment options to enhance customer delivery experiences in the future. I am eager to receive my planner when it finally arrives; it looks great from other reviews!
Setting up the digital planner 2.0 is extremely challenging, especially since the product was not delivered correctly and has missing buttons. It fails to efficiently link yearly goals to monthly ones, resulting in excessive rewriting across days, weeks, and months. While it looks appealing, it is not user-friendly, requiring too much effort to customize. Tech support is slow, and their main response is that there are no refunds. This is disappointing given the missing components. I wanted to transition from paper to digital planning, but this planner isn't for me. I feel misled by the hype and remain a fan of the entrepreneur, but this has been a costly waste of both money and time.
