Avoid this company and do not purchase from thier online store. My parcel was not delivered. I raised issue with costumer service- after two weeks awaiting for response, they inform me that " technicaly" it was delivered..sp l will not get replacement.They totally ignoring informations what you forwarding to costumer service. I never been so dissapointer with any other company selling beauty products as l ordered expensive perfume - 4 bottles and now l stayed with nothing. They not processing refunds- so you eont get your many as well.. Not worth stress, you will only lose your money
I ordered , by mistake the wrong mermaid hair curler- I needed the 25 mm but ordered 32 mm. I wrote to you by mail to ask if it’s really true that I have to pay 200 danish krones to send it back to you. You wrote that it shouldn’t cost more than 50dkk - But it does. I talked to PostNord and GLS! It’s so bad costumer service that you don’t have return labels. The shipping for returns is very expensive and i Will never buy from you again after this experience-maybe you don’t care But I want to warn other costumers.
Great experience. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews here, but both perfumes I ordered were 100% genuine, came in the original box, and were all sealed, etc. It also arrived in 2 days so my personal experience was great. I sure will come back.
