the only webshop that actually has these products from more luxury brands like la roche posay,ordinary,etc. it always comes fast and packed up really good so nothing breaks,that counts a lot for someone like me who orders a lot of skincare products in glass bottles and it’s affordable-the prices are real.Great job Notino💪🏻

I used to be a huge fan of Notino, but not anymore...

I used to be a huge fan of Notino, but not anymore... Lately, every order results in additional problems and requires involvement from the Support team. A few times, the items I ordered turned out to be out of stock. After placing the order, I got the refund notification, but the total order value went too low, and Notino decided that it is fine to add delivery price to my order without approval. Why did the system let me place the order if you do not have the items? Why do I have to wait up to 2 weeks to get the money refunded? Why does the service think that it is fine to add extra charges to my orders?Notifications on the delivery date always arrive AFTER the delivery takes place. Tracking links in the emails do not work.Delivery never happens on the promised date, and Notino does not even bother to notify the customers about that. Every time there is some kind of issue with delivery, Notino advises customers to contact DPD themselves, even though the problem was caused by Notino.
