I would give this company, Novant, less than one star if I could! They are a scam! They make you believe that they are an European fashion company but they are actually a Chinese company that make cheap knockoffs of pictures of beautiful women’s clothes. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before. They claim to have beautiful European styles, and the photos confirm this, but what you receive is not at all like the photos. I ordered a satin blouse with a draped cowl neckline for $60.00. What I received was a cheaply crafted knockoff made of very cheap shiny fabric, the neckline was horrible, I wouldn’t wear this ill fitting blouse! The blouse had on label & no tags. When I tried to return it they told me I would have to pay the return fees which”are very expensive so, to save me time, & more expenses, there will refund me 10% of the cost of the item & I can just keep the blouse”! Basically, they have no return policy & they are offering me $6! I have emails to & from this company documenting my experiences with them starting from Feb.2 until the present.
I’ve purchased better clothing for a much lower price elsewhere, and I can't understand how this platform operates. The fabric is low-quality, overly shiny, and simply terrible, while the sizing is completely off. It's hard to believe trouser sizes can be this inaccurate! The items look nothing like the advertised images, and returning them isn’t worth the hassle. Lesson learned—steer clear of this service!
I've received better clothing from other platforms at a fraction of the cost. The quality is poor, the material is cheap and shiny, and the sizing is completely off. They don't resemble the advertised images at all. Not worth the hassle of returning them—lesson learned! Avoid at all costs!
