This company is a disgrace. I was lured into purchasing from this company because their website says "novant.fr" which should be France. And they claim to have a shop in Stockholm and an office in the Netherlands. They even wrote on their site that return was possible in 30 days. Thinking that this company is a European company, i went ahead and made a purchase, but the items i ordered for are of extremely poor quality and the sizes were wrong. I requested a return and refund but they refuse to pay for postage, siting, that I should pay my own postage. Since they are in China and not in Europe, this makes postage more expensive. So they try to offer me 20% to keep an item i will never use given its poor quality and size. If there was a zero star this company definitely would deserve a zero star. Be careful of these online stores. Most of them are making false advertisements and do not follow the European ethics.
