As noted by another buyer of the dog toy ball, the product is practically useless. Unless you train your dog to jump on it, you'll have to do it yourself each time. Our dogs showed no interest. The return process is tedious. After my first email requesting a refund, they asked for my name, email, and order number—information they already had. They also requested a reason for the return and a photo of the item. Now, I've learned that the product must be returned to another country, which would cost more than the original purchase. Lesson learned: check reviews before ordering from unknown sellers.
I can't get a response about the return address for my item. Always an excuse. I've escalated it to legal action. I didn’t sign up for a membership, and the order is unsatisfactory. I can't see through the glasses and can't get the address for returns. Hopefully, my attorney can help.
I have an email stating I have 180 days to return the unsatisfactory dog toy, which my dogs showed no interest in. After several attempts, the suction cup failed. They now claim that I damaged it because I used the term 'squashed.' They are completely dishonest. I will be more cautious when ordering online in the future.
Not even deserving of one star. I ordered one item but received four and an upsell for a 'fast track' option that I declined. They refused to correct the order, saying they couldn’t open the box to delay shipping. Their customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this company; I have no idea if the product even works. This is not how to build customer relationships.
I couldn't see through the glasses, so I attempted to return them. They wanted a picture of the glasses before processing my refund. I sent multiple pictures, but they couldn't open them. This seems like a tactic to avoid issuing refunds. Avoid this company!
