I would give this company a zero rating if I could and I haven't even received the glasses yet! The glasses were advertised for 29.99, free expedited shipping and 180 day money back guarantee. I was charged 39.99 and when I contacted them they said it was because I was outside the delivery location. There was nothing said anout that. When I contacted them they said shipping wasn't refundable but they would give me 50% back. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
If I could give a negative star review I would! Bought two items received them and they were not as advertised and they do not offer returns. You have to pay to return an item and shipping and handling does not get refunded to you once they receive it. They would not give me a full refund as they say the product is now discontinued (bought the item 2 weeks ago and received the product 4 days ago). The return/refund policy is 120 days so I was well within my refund return time. They do not abide by their own policies and offered a 30% discount on some of their other items, which if you get a discount then you can’t return it if it is not as advertised. Major scamming site!
The add-ons that they add to your order are ridiculous. I wanted one pair of glasses. They upgraded it to three pairs of glasses. Expedited shipping for $25 on top of regular shipping of $10. A $30 pair of glasses they're trying to charge me $168 WTF
These readers are not as advertised! At best they are as good as a dollar store cheap readers! Took over a month to receive them coming from China I guess I should have expected that! Don't waste your money on these won't do as advertised !
They have charged me for stuff I never ordered and they said they will return my money if I return it to China at my expense. I tried to stop order with in hours and they said it couldn’t be done

This service is utterly disappointing! If I could rate them lower, I would. It's acceptable that their product is subpar, but I was assured I could return it. However, when I inquired about the return process, the representatives just ceased communication. Additionally, they enrolled me in a monthly membership without my consent, and I couldn't get my money back for that either. AVOID purchasing anything from this service. They are total frauds.
This is a complete fraud. I ordered the professional glasses but received something entirely different than what was advertised. They also imposed hidden charges of $14.99 for a flimsy plastic case, bringing my total to $54.99. On the same day I received the package, they withdrew $49.99 from my account without my consent. I have had no success in getting answers or recovering my money. This is a scam and a fraudulent site.
I ordered two of the gas savers from the company and was charged for those plus an additional three, along with other unexpected fees. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER; they seem to thrive on charging extra. - NO contact number available - They WILL NOT assist with returns - Very untrustworthy - Once they have your money, they cut off communication - Customer service is virtually nonexistent - The products DO NOT FUNCTION as promised - They delay assistance until your return period expires - This company should be shut down - They lure you in with deals but leave you with subpar products - They charge for items you didn’t order; it’s a very poor business practice. - I was extremely frustrated when I saw all the negative reviews; they should feel ashamed for selling poor-quality items and providing awful service.
The item I received is not what was advertised. Furthermore, a warranty was included that I did not request, and they sent two items when I ordered only one! I advise against engaging with this company; I did not get what I paid for.
I ordered a pair of glasses that were promoted for both distance vision and reading. However, when I proceeded to checkout, it seemed I accidentally added another item to my order. In an attempt to cancel the extra items, the order was processed. I reached out to the company right away to cancel, but the representative indicated they were busy and would reply in two days. When I finally received a response, I was told my order had been shipped, despite my cancellation request prior to shipping (which was just a label, not an actual shipment). I was informed I could return the item, but when I asked for a return label, I was told they couldn't provide one due to the size of the business. Instead, I was given an address in China to send it back at my own expense. I provided the tracking number they requested. Now, four months later (and several emails later), I am being told that the returned items were not received at the factory, but I will get my refund once they are. I feel like I’ve been scammed, and it seems I am not alone.
