I regret not reading the reviews before spending my money. They charged me for expedited processing, and I immediately reached out. A $25 pair of glasses ended up costing me $65. They couldn't assist me at all. I'm also concerned about potential subscriptions mentioned in other reviews. Be cautious!
I purchased a toy for my dog. Not bad so far. He hasn’t been able to destroy it yet.I made the purchase but my bank declined the purchase and sent me a message. I confirmed that I made the purchase. Then I tried to buy the item again but they wouldn’t accept my credit card because it was declined by my bank. But then 2 days later they somehow accepted my purchase. I decided okay since I wanted the item. At the I originally ordered I didn’t sign up for a membership. The way it was advertised was that the item is 1/2 the price. Now 14 days later they took out the money for the membership not. I contacted them and they replied that I signed up for the membership which I didn’t. SCAMMER COMPANY of the worst kind
Absolute garbage do not pay them with PayPal use a reputable credit card that will go to bat for you when a scam artist takes advantage of you because as far as I'm concerned PayPal and this company are in bed together and they steal money from good hard working people like myself by taking their money and sending them crap just a Band of Thieves
I saw this car fixing gadget on Facebook and wanted to purchase one, then when I checked the order email they have billed me for four, I emailed immediately and and hours later they emailed saying to bad it's been sent already, on top of that that they wanted membership, well the gadget don't work like they say it does cause you need another tool.
I ordered 1 pair of glasses which in hindsight was the biggest mistake ever. I check my email confirmation and it appeared I have seven pairs on the way. (@ $380 NZD). I made immediate contact and was told these could be returned for a full credit. Quite ironic how I ordered them from USA but the return address is to China which set me back another $35. Long story short it appears the glasses have being held by customs China since the beginning of September. I have made numerous attempts to get Novari Home to contact their supplier (most likely Temu) and reach out to China Post. Not a chance. So I am now over $400 out of pocket and with no glasses. These people are complete scammers so I would like this review shared far and wide. Please everyone do not get sucked in like I did because the chances of you ever seeing a refund are zero. I will be taking this matter further.
I ordered glasses, from Novari, that were "supposed" to make you see clearly under most circumstances. It's a SCAM. They DO NOT WORK. Consumers beware. They billed me for the initial order and, two months later, I realized they continued to bill me monthly. I called my CC company & disputed the additional charges and ask them to block any future charge from Novari. BEWARE !!! I can ship you the glasses I bought from Novari for free. THEY DO NOT WORK.
I ordered a pair of glasses that were advertised as having the ability to see distance and also read. However when I clicked on go to checkout, apparently I added another item to my order. In trying to cancel additional items, the order went through. I contacted the company immediately to cancel, but she (Anna) sent me an email response that they were busy and will respond in 2 days. When she did respond, I was informed that my order was shipped, even though I cancelled the additional item before it was shipped (it wasn’t actually shipped just a label). I was told that I could return it. When I asked for a label to return it, she wouldn’t give me one and said that business was too small. I was told that I had to send it back myself and gave me an address in China; I had to pay for it. I also sent her the tracking number she requested. Now it’s four months later (also several emails later) she claims the items I returned were not received in the factory, but rest assured I will receive my refund when it’s received.I believe I’ve been scammed; apparently others too.
I purchased these glasses that were supposed to help with vision. I purchased the extra pair that was 1/2 off and they charged me full price. I requested a refund, which after 3 months, I still have not received. They signed me up for a membership and will not refund my money. They keep offering me 1/2 of my last membership fee. I want all of it returned as, I returned all of the product and therefore didn't even use the membership. I'd like to file a class action suit.
