Disappointing Experience with Uninstallation

I began using the service in 2015 and have purchased several updates for our laptops over the years, approximately 4-5 versions. With the push from Microsoft to upgrade to Win11, we no longer need the service, so we attempted to uninstall it from four machines. This has been a frustrating ordeal. A call to the support team was unhelpful, as they suggested using third-party software, which we found could potentially damage our computers. Now, we are stuck with the software and its intrusive features. It's truly disappointing. Be cautious; installing this software may lead to a very difficult or costly uninstallation process.

This is an excellent choice for small businesses and home users, not just large enterprises. I've been using this for eight years without any issues. I haven't needed cloud storage since I use NAS for my network backup of three computers, and I only pay for what I need.

Highly dependable software

This software is highly dependable. The backup setup is straightforward, and the features provided are extensive and of high quality. The service desk and technical support are also very professional. I've been highly satisfied with this solution for several years. Fortunately, I can disable the security features completely, as I rely on another program for that.
