I began using the service in 2015 and have purchased several updates for our laptops over the years, approximately 4-5 versions. With the push from Microsoft to upgrade to Win11, we no longer need the service, so we attempted to uninstall it from four machines. This has been a frustrating ordeal. A call to the support team was unhelpful, as they suggested using third-party software, which we found could potentially damage our computers. Now, we are stuck with the software and its intrusive features. It's truly disappointing. Be cautious; installing this software may lead to a very difficult or costly uninstallation process.
I have a deep appreciation for this organization and their offerings. After 15 years of use, they continue to be a premier provider with outstanding products.
