I’m very impressed with NOW Finance and the way they handled my loan from start to finish. From the beginning, I was clear about my purpose — I needed funds to get a new car — and I explained my situation, including cancelling my hospital cover and managing other repayments. The consultant/manager looking after me really took the time to understand everything. I left it in their hands to work out what was most suitable for my budget and circumstances, and they delivered perfectly.They suggested consolidating my other loan (with Fair Go Finance), which I didn’t even realise was possible. This reduced my repayments from $190 a fortnight down to $91, freeing up my budget significantly. The process involved clear communication with both emails and calls, and nothing was left confusing — everything was explained thoroughly.The whole process was efficient: within six business days, all contracts were finalised, my other loan was paid off, and the funds were in my account. The contract was also explained clearly, even though I could have just read it myself, which shows the extra effort they put in. Quick and easy process

I have always had trouble getting loans through normal banks despite having a full time job and a very good credit score. NOW Finance was my last ditch effort to try and upgrade our family car.The process was smooth from start to finish. I completed the application in my lunch break and had the money the next day.
