After being turned away or ignored from a couple of companies, I applied to NRS Eco and the process from start to finish was fast and easy. A lovely man come to survey the house and just over a week later three men came to fit my new boiler. They spent all day on taking my old one out and putting the new one in, I couldn't fault them. They were courteous, friendly and polite.Thank you so much
I applied for a boiler grant for my mother and she was successful in her application. NRS Eco LTD handled the installation from carrying out the initial survey to commissioning the installation. They were very efficient and the job was done within a week. They were excellent in communication by keeping me updated throughout the process. They checked in on us throughout the installation process during the day and also followed up after the installation was complete to ensure we were satisfied. The team of engineers sent out to do the work were also friendly and professional. They completed the job within a day and demonstrated clearly how the new boiler operates before they left.They were on time and took care of our recently decorated property while the installation took place. The people who carried out the work had no respect for me or my home. I have never felt so uncomfortable having tradesmen in my home. Work not carried out to regulations or manufacturer's instructions. Did not carry out work to proper standard at all. Caused infestation of rats and sewage smell in my property. Had to spend a lot of money on another plumber and pest control to fix all the problems they had caused. Upon speaking to other plumbers they were horrified at the work done at my property. If you use this company on a government grant beware you will end up paying a fortune to fix the mess they created, not to mention the stress, upset and cost of trying to put it all right again. It is not fair to treat people in this way.
