my wife hurt her back six months ago so we are on universal credits. was dubious about applying for loft insulation and boiler. Left a message with my number and they phoned back the next day. Had a survey done two days later. The following week the boiler and loft were done on the same day. Boiler men turned up at 10 o’clock and loft men turned up at 12 o’clock both were hard working. Didn’t get much communication from the office but overall very pleased. Thank you Paul from Kent

Very good job done.I saw the advertisement but didn't believe it: free combi boiler, awesome 👍. + New loft insulation, vents, kitchen extractor, TRVs... All awesome.The only reason for the 4*star is that they refused to put a TRV on the living room radiator, although there is a bypass in the family bathroom. Something I could not comprehend.
I can't praise these guys enough..I was having new loft insulation and a new boiler..four people turned up two to do the boiler and two for the loft insulation..they arrived when they said they would and worked continuously throughout the day..they were very polite and friendly and cleared up any mess before they left..the boiler and insulation was part of the Government free boiler scheme and in addition to this while they were here they also fitted an extractor fan in the bathroom and trickle vents on the windows.. I was sceptical at first about the scheme and thought that maybe it was a scam but these guys have restored my faith in people. I would also like to mention Jay the surveyor who came to my home before the installation..he was helpful and very informative to what would happen throughout the process and kept me informed all the way through. They fitted a new boiler and have caused so many issues. They have broken my radiators, caused a leak from my cold water tank,removed a waste pipe from outside so water no longer goes down the drain, left a mess everywhere, new boiler has a small leak on one of the pipes. They cut holes in cupboards and work tops but never advised they were doing so. They also gave me a 30 second demonstration of how the new system works, I had to go online for correct instructions. It seemed like the job was bigger than they thought so they tried to cram it all into 1 day and ended up rushing and cutting corners. They said they would send someone yesterday to sort it out but no-one arrived.
Very pleased with the new boiler having put up with a very old back boiler and water tank system. The engineers were very hard working and spent two long days fitting the new system and boiler replacement. Very friendly professional team lovely to deal with.NRS eco have been great from assessment stage through to the completed job. I’m very grateful.
