Review Time
My experience with HPTautosport aka Jeepandtruckparts.com Has been pretty terrible to say the least.
I purchased a Magnaflow converter set on 8/26/24, order 1-20096, part number: 52642.
On 2/3/26 the converter failed otw home from work, leaving me on the interstate stranded, $$$tow bill. I understand parts fail, no big deal, that is what warranties are for. right!
Magnaflow has a 5yr warranty on their catalysts, Great!
However to my surprise HPTautosport aka jeepandtruckparts.com is not an authorized Magnaflow distributor and Magnaflow won't give me the time of day.
I contact HPTautosport aka jeepandtruckparts.com on 2/4/26 to explain the situation and ask for assistance since they sold me the item.
I provided them with photos and videos of the issue,
I even stated that I would accept a partial refund to go towards the purchase of new cats locally, so I am able to drive to and from work.
Regardless I am still out the tow bill and shop time, I'm not trying to get ahead, just trying to fix what is broken.
Well here we are on 2/11 still no resolve, no potential solutions and no drivable vehicle, after providing everything I was asked for.

I was looking at a set of running boards for my truck. I emailed them and asked if they came with mounting brackets. They said "Yes" I ordered them and NO brackets! After a bit of the "run around" they told me it was a listing error and are expecting me to buy the brackets! Any honorable company would send the brackets at no charge, but not these guys! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Leaf springs arrived within days of purchase. Yay. It was disclosed that the springs were heavy and not shipped in a box, so I could expect them to get a little banged up during shipping. They did arrive a little banged up on the ends, so I guess I got what I ordered. The leafs were only wrapped in plastic though, no bubble wrap or cardboard around the ends. Hoping the deformations in the steel around the mounting eyes don't cause any issue during install. Instead of preparing the customer for damaged parts, why don't you just wrap them a little better?
