Had my headset 2 years, only used it probably 10 times (when on international flights) but when it stopped being able to charge Nura Support said they don’t service their own equipment & suggested I spend money at a third party electronics repairer.

this company is selling products that made me quite ill and they have reorder more to send to me on my credit card how crazy is that and refuse to refund how can they get away look at the names of review its their friends all the names are similar race HELLO I RECEIVED EMAIL FROM THIS COMPANY SAYING THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY IN 10 DAYS WHEN MY MONEY IS IN MY BANK I WILL DELETE MY REVIEW i did infrom my bank ALL MY REVIEW IS TRUTHFUL
