Extremely happy with my product however I have to let you know about my courier experience. I had no notification whatsoever that my Nura package arrived, had I not arrived the second I did... the package would have been completely lost as there were boxes leaving my house. Extremely disappointed at the courier services. Eventhough everybody was on the lookout for this, a notification of a parcel being delivered is off essence, other than that extremely happy with my scarves... Shukran.
I love the packaging and 3day turnaround time. Good quality.However, the biscuit underscarf was small even for a small head as mine. The underscarf fits my 13year daughter who is petite as well. It would also be nice if scarves advertised could be worn by someone in order to show how they would look/drape and colour displayed on different complexions. It will then be easier to decide on colours and matching when ordering and to possibly prevent returns.
