Committed to the Customer experience

Service for me is good when communication is good and the goods ordered arrive as was seen online. The scarfs from my first order was exactly what Nura Online said it would be. And this lead to my second order. And when I needed to make the order adjustment it was so easy and convenient due to Nura Online’s investment in technology and the customer experience. I will order again for sure.

The fabric of the under scarves is sub-par . Delivery time can definitely be lessened, there are 24-48hr deliveries now. The fabric of the underscarf - not enough elasticity - doesn’t grip well on head
